Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd has acheived several projects in the area of Civil works, Building works, Structural Steel works and Metal works. few of these projects were the Design, fabrication, construction and installation of the entire structural steel roofing, entire façade refurbish around the building directly above childcare and the Design, Erection and Construction of the Lane Cove tunnel administration and maintenance building for tunnel emissions and ventilation .
Perfect Engineering was the principal contractor for the Westfield shopping centre structural steel design / erection – construction, the work at Westfields presented a great challenge in itself from a technical and professional endeavour to correlate and research existing materials and practices for remedial work on steel and aluminium in an extremely complex environment, where virtually all of the components are subjected to various forces of nature, including high wind load, airborne salt, other airborne contaminants, rain, sun, and materials that are far apart in the galvanic series but in contact with one another. These issues are relevant to many high-rise structures, particularly those built according to outdated designs and superseded materials.
The abovementioned projects were a great success, and were completed in a shorter period than expected. The period for construction was extremely short, and there was minimal disruption, dust, noise to employees due to careful planning and control. Attention to OH&S and environmental issues had to be adhered to strictly as in all projects.
