Fabrication of Steelwork for Chullora tafe area which will be used for TAFE students to learn and construct transportable Dept. of Housing modules.

Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd was the principal contractor to the Department of Public Works for the Chullora TAFE project. Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd designed and constructed using alternative civil methods of construction to the existing design i.e CFA piering, suspended slab, sandpit, design & construct alternative stormwater, electricals, concreting, re-design/shop detail, surveying, structural steelwork, fabricate, construct, liase with Workcover and Dept of Pub Works over asbestos and relevant OHS issues found on site, minuted meetings with clients and managing overall project. Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd had to decide and then report to the Government on preferred options and related statutory requirements concerning the project. Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd was approached by the client to come up with a design and construct engineered solution (Bespoke fabricated solution) for Milsons Point and 12 other wharves in Sydney by providing steel formwork in order that these wharf decks may be individually precast then transported to the relevant sites for final installation. Photos below show in sequence the steps and methodology taken to design, fabricate and finally erect/construct on site the final formwork structure ready for concrete pouring.

Supporting structural steel

Perfect Engineering as an Australian Leading company provides supporting structural steels for several building companies. One of our latest projects is the design and construction of the supporting steel (Steel formwork) columns for the M7 in Sydney's west. While acheiving the project Perfect Engineering improved both the design and fabrication of the columns due to its strong Engineering background. As a result, this has not only helped acheive high structural and quality standards but has also helped speed up the project.

Piping & Process Piping

Refineries, power plants, chemical plants, storage terminals, water and wastewater facilities, and food and beverage plants rely on Perfect Engineering to install their process piping systems correctly and efficiently.
All pipe welding is performed by certified welders. Our expertise include a wide range of piping materials, from stainless steel and carbon steel to special alloys pipes. Perfect Engineering adheres to welding procedures covering all these materials.

Stairs and Platforms

Perfect Engineering utilises the most modern and up to date equipment and project tracking software enabling us to complete projects as such, in the most safe and efficient manner. We maintain the highest quality standards utilising precision equipment, and track projects in real time including purchasing, estimating, schedule, cost, delivery and invoicing
Some of our latest projects is the design of Stairs for the Haymarket, fences and gates for Sydney Water.

Vessels & Tanks (shop or field fabricated)

Perfect Engineering is capable of fabricating large tanks and pressure vessels in all the metals including specialty alloys such as stainless steel, inconel, monel, hastelloy and chrome molly. Tanks range in size from small recovery tanks to large bulk storage containers.
We also have experience fabricating and installing pressure vessels of all sizes, ranging from prefabricated vessels to vessels erected in the field. Our personnel are committed to safety, with every aspect of the installation checked and rechecked to ensure proper start-up and trouble-free operations.

Aeroplane parts and accessories

Perfect Engineering is deeply involved in design and developing of several projects for Qantas. These design projects involve Aeroplane modification and design and development of several parts and accessories.
