Managing Director
Dr. George N. Melhem PhD, MSc.Eng., B.Met.Eng.(Hons) Uni. Of NSW
MIEAust. CPEng. NPER No. 1290572.
Over 17 years experience in Engineering and Management since graduating from University to date.
Dr. George developed professional skills in Positions with established engineering and manufacturing
companies including, Bradken Consolidated, BTR Engineering Monroe Springs, Sandvik, and Yeomans
Engineering. Dr. George held Engineering Managerial positions with the last three organisations. However,
Dr. George's broad experience in Engineering and fabrication was stemmed from his dual role as Engineering
manager/Quality Manager for Yeomans Engineering. Dr. Melhem was chosen to spearhead the organizations
effort in raising the bar to its maximum potential and was responsible for overseeing the business development of the entire organisation,
which included direction of each facet of the operations within the organisation.
Since founding Perfect Engineering, Dr. George has developed a company that is recognised
as one of the leaders in Engineering Consulting and Project Management which includes; design, detailed shop drawings, fabrication, construction/erection, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), OH-S and Environmental Plans. His clients seldom fail to be
impressed by the level of attention to detail, contract compliance and genuine effort
to form a partnering relationship to achieve results that exceed expectations.
Dr. George has personally led his team to success on numerous projects and developed strong
relationships which has led Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd to be a preferred and pre-qualified contractor to key customers such as Government Organisations, QANTAS, Boeing Australia, Thiess John Holland, RTA, Sydney Water, Westfield's, Abi-Group, Leightons and Sears Group.
Compliance Manager
John Louth BSc. Hons, GAICD, MIE Aust.
Over 30 years experience in engineering and management. His career in Australia
progressed mainly in project engineering and management, culminating in his engineering
team achieving an IEAust excellence award for their contribution to establishing a major
coal mining venture in Queensland. In 1985 John joined the Westinghouse Industry Services
Group and developed general management and business skills over a 14 year period,
culminating in his promotion to National Operations Director. During his period with
Westinghouse, John led many major projects and ventures. One major venture successfully
completed under his direction was the manufacture of generating sets and main propulsion motors
for the Collins Class Submarines; a multi million dollar project requiring extreme attention to
engineering excellence and absolute compliance with defence department requirements.
John's responsibility at Perfect Engineering is to ensure that every aspect of compliance
is attended to and achieved.
Project Manager
Adrian Raumer Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
(Ex Qantas, 15 years service.)
Perfect Engineering Project Manager, Adrian Raumer gained valuable experience in his 15 year
career with Qantas Airways. During his last five years with Qantas, Adrian was assigned to
design and develop the docking system for the new heavy maintenance hangar at Brisbane airport
to support Boeing 767-200 & 300 and Airbus A330-200 & 300. This project was worth $120,000,000.00.
Adrian worked closely with and coordinated resources such as Alasdair McDonald Architects, Multiplex,
and Strarch Australia to successfully complete the project.
Project Manager
Gagan Singh
Employed with Perfect Engineering since 2004. Project managed on behalf
of Perfect Engineering several projects including Lane Cove Tunnel project,
Qantas, Sydney Water and certain aspects of RTA projects on Sydney Harbour
Tunnel and RTA Guildford site building projects.

Employed with Perfect Engineering since 2007. Background Engineering - Mechatronics/Telecommunications.
Head of Research and Development for Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd.Project managed on behalf of
Perfect Engineering several projects including RTA Sydney Harbour Tunnel and

Quality Manager
Fadi Gemayel B. Mech. Eng (Hons), M.Eng. Stds. MIE Aust.
Currently the Quality Manager for Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd and has been
employed specifically to ensure Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd complies with ISO 9001.
Over 8 years professional experience in the Manufacturing/Engineering Industry and in Quality
Assurance. Working as a Mechatronics Engineer at Hydrological Services, in the mechanical
design department, Fadi was involved with the project management, design, drafting and
software design of several research and development projects, in addition to converting the
company's Quality System from ISO9001:1994 to ISO9001:2000 and designing the Website.
Project Manager
Bradley Gray Associate Diploma Mech. Eng.
Currently managing projects with Qantas and Sydney Water for Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd.
Bradley worked in mechanical trades and as a supervisor since 1979 until joining Qantas as a production planner in 1989.
During a long career with Qantas, he undertook increasingly complex roles in engineering project management and
equipment analysis. On joining Perfect Engineering in 2007, Bradley has undertaken complex engineering duties both in the field
and in the planning and management of subcontract work.
He is skilled in OH&S and environmental management and a keen advocate for maintaining high standard of safety, environment protection and
production quality on projects.
Fabrication Supervisor / Foreman
Unsal Husey Trade qualified (30 years fabrication experience).
Employed by Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd as a Fabrication supervisor. Unsal's most notable projects completed for Perfect Engineering Pty Ltd,
include Qantas, MYD Consulting and Thiess John Holland. In the past Unsal has
fabricated for the Defence force, Aerospace, Department of housing construction, Leightons, John Holland,
Thiess Bros., A.W Baulderstone, Keller Rigby, St. Hilliers, Gervay construction, Austin Australia,
Australian Building Services, and many others.
The projects involved structural, stairs, handrails, roofing, mezzanine floors, gates, fencing.
